Alcohol and Subtance Dependency Treatment and Research Center of Akdeniz (Mediterranean) University (AMBAUM) was established with tripartite protocol on May 20,2006. AMBAUM is a center that provides treatment for people and their families struggling with alcohol addiction and substance abuse
  
Services Offered: 
Outpatient Treatment:

• Medical Treatment
• Individual and Group Therapy (cognitive behavioral approach)

• Social Skills Education

Inpatient Treatment: 
Detoxification and Rehabilitation:

When a patient has been assessed and evaluated with our high skilled professional physicians, patient will undergo  medically monitored detoxification.  The  process will take about  3 -7 days depending the kind and amount of drugs  or alcohol induced. After detoxification process the patient will remain in the unit for observation, monitoring, medications, evaluations of our skilled health care provider for about 42 days.

Schedule for International Patients:

Patient will have a specific schedule on his most convient time with the assistance of International Patients  Department Staff
