Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology was founded by Prof. Dr. Erdoğan ALTINEL in 1979 offers the most comprehensive service of consultation  and treatment of disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Our Team  comprises of highly trained specialists, orthopaedic surgeons, nurse clinicians, physical and occupational therapists, all of whom are highly skilled professionals to provide patients with the  best diagnosis, assessment, rehabilitation and treatment plan. Outstanding in their individual fields, our highly-trained specialists offer extensive expertise in such areas as joint replacement, ankle and foot treatment, musculoskeletal tumours, spinal care treatment, trauma and sports-related injuries.

  • Reconstruction of severe bone and soft tissue loss due to tumour/ degenerative/ surgical conditions

Foot & Ankle Service

Our services offers patient care for any medical or surgical problem on foot and ankle. This includes the management of arthritic conditions of the foot and ankle, as well as fractures, soft tissue injuries and diabetes-related foot problems.

Musculo-skeletal Tumour Clinic

This service is provided by highly trained  team of doctors consisting of Oncologists, Radiotherapists, Pathologists, Radiologists, and Orthopaedic Surgeons. They provide a complete service for the management of malignant bone and soft tissue tumours including Diagnosis, Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, Surgical Resection and Reconstruction particularly in the fields of limb salvage, mega-prosthetic reconstruction and the use of microsurgical techiniques.

Degenerative Hip & Knee Arthritis Clinic

Hip and Knee Arthritis can be treated with positive outcome. With the right treatment, patients can experience good pain relief and enjoy significant improvements in the ability to perform everyday activities.
